Chipotle
After a health crisis rocked Chipotle's loyal fanbase the company was desperate to revamp and rebuild their reputation. The regional Philadelphia manager approached us asking for a full scale campaign to do just that and tie in a little city of brotherly love. The strategy—treat this like a break-up and woo our customer's into coming back. This meant writing love letters, dropping pick up lines, and pulling out all the stops to impress and convince our burrito lovers to come home. This is just a taste of a three phase campaign we created.
